13 dead in Washington Navy Yard shooting today, including two police officers and the gunman. One gunman 'neutrarized'(whatever it means) and possibly another one on the run.  The yard is a few blocks away from the US Capitol.  MPD officials have described the gunman as an adult black male, 6 feet tall, in black top and black jeans.

首都ワシントンD.C.のワシントン海軍工廠海上システム司令部で今朝乱射が発生、10人が負傷し3人の死亡が確認された（追記：発表が後退しました）4名　7名　9   12　13人が死亡した（犯人含め）。

容疑者はその場で捕まった 籠城中 撃ち殺された。軍の発表によると、「成人の黒人男性で身長6フィート（180cm）、黒シャツに黒ジーンズ」ということだ。共犯者の行方を追っているという未確認情報もある。現場は国会議事堂前。ホワイトハウスからは2.6マイル（4.2km）


UPDATE: 9 dead. Among 3 suspects, one shot dead and two at large; one is described as "a white male wearing what appeared to be a khaki tan military uniform and a beret, and carrying a handgun. She said police also are looking for a black man, about 50, wearing an olive military-style uniform, and possessing a “long gun.”(WP).　ワシントンポストが伝えた発表によると犯行グループは3名で、黒人のスキンヘッドの黒装束の男は射殺され、2名は逃走中。逃走犯のひとりは白人で拳銃を持ってカーキの軍服風、もう1名は50歳ぐらいの黒人で長い銃をもちオリーブ色の制服着用。

UPDATE2:　The suspect seems to be only one guy "identified as Aaron Alexis, a 34-year-old government civilian contractor from Fort Worth, Texas." (LA Times) LAタイムズによると結局、容疑者は殺された黒装束の人だけ。名前はアーロン・アレクシス、34歳、テキサス州フォートワースの軍委託職員。左はFBIが公開した写真。




UPDATE:He reported hearing voices 6 weeks before. 
アレクシスはヒューレット・パッカードの下請け会社の契約社員として軍で働いていたため現場に入る身分証明書もあった。事件の6週間前には現場近くのホテルに出張で投宿中、「人の声がする」「誰かにつけられている」「上から人間3人が波動を送ってきて眠れない」と警察に通報するなど、精神的に変調をきたしていたようだ。
