アップル公式ビデオのiPadはFlashも見れてる：iPad Supports Flash in Apple's PR Video

The iPad does not have Flash, as you might have noticed in Steve Job's Keynote.

But 9 to 5 Mac (following AppleInsider) found out that Apple's web and promotional video both show an iPad capable of loading flash-based photo from the New York Times article "The 31 Places to Go in 2010."

Some pointed out in the comments;

I looked around on the Apple website, and you can clearly see that the video of Safari on iPhone shows the Flash too. So it's not like this is anything special.

UPDATE: One consumer made a complaint to FTC on Friday, and the Flash is gone overnight.

iPadはアドビFlash非対応なので、ジョブズ基調講演の時みたいにFlashの動画・広告・写真・ゲームは空欄で表示される。ところがアップルのサイトや公式ビデオではFlashもiPadで問題なく表示されてることがわかった。

実例は9 to 5 Macに写真入りで詳しく紹介されているけども、上に掲載したのはNYタイムズの記事「The 31 Places to Go in 2010」を呼び出してるiPadだ。Flashで旅の写真が次々出てくるんだが、写真もドッカリ空欄になってない。アップル公式ビデオ（上）のiPadでもFlashは楽々表示されている。

9 to 5 Macには「アップルのサイトではiPhoneのSafari（同じくFlash非対応）でもFlash見れてるから、これだけが特別じゃないみたいだよ」とコメントがついてる。

消費者をミスリードするんじゃないかなぁ…。発売までにiPad側かサイト側が対応するなら別だけども。

UPDATE: 金曜FTCに通報する人まで出たせいか、一晩のうちに消えた。
