サンが考える社員1.0と社員2.0：Shain 1.0 & Shain 2.0

昨日オープンした日経ビジネスOnlineの新連載「経営の情識」(谷島宣之)が冒頭紹介したチャートがコレ。サンが大胆定義する旧世代社員(1.0)と新世代社員(2.0)の違いである。

Nikkei Business Online was launched yesterday, and Nobuyuki Tanijima referred to above in his new column. The table (full size) shows Sun's definition of 'employee 1.0 (shain 1.0)' and 'employee 2.0 (shain 2.0).' Tanijima quoted the first that states 'Emplyee 2.0 reads tons of books, subscribing to the RSS feeds of favorite blogs, whereas Employee 1.0 reads only CNET and Nikkei."
